To make a purchase on pulcher.dk you need to go through 5 steps:
1. Find the item (s) you want and put them in the shopping cart, then go to the basket.
2. Enter your personal information.
3. Select payment and shipping method.
4. Read and accept our terms of trade.
5. Check all information is correct and approve the amount.

Payment

All prices on pulcher.dk are denominated in Danish kroner (DKK) and are including 25% VAT. All prices are daily prices and are updated on an ongoing basis as the website is updated daily. When you trade with badstil.dk, agreements are entered in Danish.

Delivery

All orders are delivered freely unless otherwise stated. Click here to read more about prices for shipping and delivery.

Delivery time for inventory is usually 2-5 days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is deemed to have occurred after you have received the goods.

Upon collection of goods at Pulcher Warehouse, no handling fee will be charged. Upon pickup at Pulcher Showrooms, no handling fee will be charged, but only for goods under 30 kg.
Goods over 30 kg. can only be collected at Pulcher Warehouse upon prior agreement, otherwise items will always be shipped directly to pickup at the nearest post office / pick-up location.

With Post Danmark, the item is delivered for pickup at the nearest post office, usually the day after dispatch. For all orders over 50 kg. Delivery is guaranteed for door-to-door or sidewalks, however, smaller packages will typically be delivered to the nearest post office or parcel center. If the item is too heavy for one person or if access conditions are difficult you must be ready to provide assistance to the carrier. If in doubt, contact customer service that will help you find a solution.

We recommend all our customers to wait to order a plumbing fixture until the product has been received and confirmed in good condition.

If the item (s) ordered accept an overall size or weight (over 30 kg) that is too large to be shipped with DHL / GLS / Post Denmark, the shipment will take place via Danske Fragtmænd, Alpi or DSV. In this case you will be contacted by Pulcher to find out what the freight is through one of the company’s cheapest freight solutions.
This price depends on the size and weight of the shipment and how far the item (s) are to be shipped. When the ordered goods or goods require the freight to be shipped with Danish Freight Forwarders, Alpi or DSV, the agreement is not binding on Pulcher until you have agreed to pay for this freight.

Pulcher buys our goods at several different suppliers. Some items are shipped directly from the supplier, others are shipped from our own warehouse, therefore the choice of carrier may vary. The size of the item also determines whether it should be sent as a package or on a pallet. Therefore, deliveries can be made either by mail, parcel or freight. It may also vary if the item is delivered directly to the address or if it is being picked up at a local post office or parcel shop.
We always try to collect the goods in fewest deliveries and advise on delivery date and delivery method. We wish that the receipt of the goods takes place as easily and quickly as possible for you as a customer.

If you wish to deliver your order without being home (flex delivery), you must write in customer comment:
“Must be set without receipt” or eg “Put it at the garage”. Choosing this solution is at your own risk. You are refused the right to disclose any defects and damages as the shipper or Pulcher can not be held liable for unauthorized goods. Pulcher rejects any complaints that may be associated with this.

Documentation and guidance

If product descriptions and user guides exist for the item, these are included with the delivery from Pulcher. If you would like further information or advice from the Pulcher.dk page, this is an indicative form. Pulcher insists that the products meet the CE marking requirements.

All orders are processed subject to force majeure.

How to return an item

Contact Pulcher.dk by sending an email to hallo@pulcher.dk . Enter Subject: Return of “Enter Billing Number” (Please wait for further instructions before returning the item as deviations from our return procedure increase the delivery time).

  • If you wish to cancel your purchase, we recommend using our Default Removal Form
  • Make sure the item is securely wrapped.
  • Attach a copy of the invoice indicating why the goods will return. This indicates whether the amount is to be refunded or the goods must be exchanged, if so, to which item they are to be exchanged. In case of refund please state if the amount can be refunded to the payment card used when ordering, otherwise provide the required registration number and account number.
  • If you have submitted an item for cancellation or complaint, you will always receive an email when we have received the item. In the mail you will receive information about the further process of processing your withdrawal / complaint.

Note that we do not receive packages sent per. COD. Return can also be done by refusing a receipt or by delivering the item personally with us at the store.

Warranty

All goods are subject to the purchase law rules for 24 months’ right of complaint. The right of claim means that you can either get the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or refusal in the price, depending on the specific situation.

If the product has been damaged during transport, it is best to complain as soon as possible. Pulcher can not be held liable for goods that the customer himself has given his consent to “must be submitted without acknowledgment”.
If you call a plumbing installer or other kind of professionals to help you, it is at your own expense all the way through. If you can not change parts yourself, please notify us and we will send you a return label for the defective item.
